We are pioneering a new era of intelligent business operations by rapidly incubating, developing, and scaling AI solutions that redefine how our teams work and promote.

Our mission bridges technology with practical business impact. We deploy advanced AI technologies, including agentic AI, machine learning, and integrated third-party data to solve complex GTM challenges. By transforming manual processes and creating intelligent systems, we contribute to pipeline value and unlock unprecedented operational efficiency.

As an AI Architect on the GTM Applied AI team, you will be building the intelligent systems that will power the future of Google Cloud's commercial engine. You will partner closely with GTM teams to understand their challenges, then design, prototype, and ship novel AI-powered solutions that generate measurable business value.

You will operate like a founder, taking ownership of projects translating complex business needs into tangible, high-impact applications. Your work will shape how our sales and operations teams leverage AI.

Applied AI builds conversational agents deployed at a large scale that achieve very meaningful results in the real world. Some examples include the customer agent built for large call center environments, to fast food ordering handled by our Food AI agent. The team is transforming how enterprises connect with customers through the power of AI. We also offer unique experiences for team members where you get to work directly with the model builders (Google DeepMind / Vertex), learn and work with brilliant AI leaders, and have access to Global 1000 customers via our existing Google Cloud relationships. The opportunity in this space is tremendous.
