The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead teams of solutions engineers and technical program managers.
- Collaborate with leaders across multiple engineering and technical teams to develop, own, and articulate tactical plans and long-term strategy for Google’s server operations systems.
- Lead planning, strategy, and execution forums that focus on centrally prioritizing systems product and engineering features, bugs, optimization, new evaluations, and systems support.
- Execute, manage, and maintain systems architecture as-is and to be between product, engineering, and operations.
- Enable the fleet health through engineering support, architecture, and innersourcing, and drive down systems reductions with an increase in automation.
