Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of technical or GTM planning experience for a Cloud business in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience executing scaled GTM motions; leading the business through insights into performance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience promoting Cloud products.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.

About the job

As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Growth Lead for North for Google Cloud, you will support the regional Business Leader in the application of the go-to-market plan portfolio to that specific geography. You will support the implementation and optimization of all plays in the sub-region, as measured by the annual operating plan goal attainment. You will function as the chief business generation officer for the sub-region, orchestrating the application of the plays across the various practice areas. Your role is accountable for the sub-regional field execution of these priorities and functioning for feedback and refinement to the strategy. You will showcase strong coordination and planning capabilities and by executing the portfolio of plays in your sub-region. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Partners, Services and others to foster community adoption and market success of these initiatives. You will also recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Foster a growing community, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination among field teams, partners, and go-to-market stakeholders. Ensure effective application of the plays in the sub-region, driving best practices across the accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Managing Director (MD) practice GTM and Regional practice leads on refinements to GTM plan and strategy with the relevant insights from the sub-regional performance. Understand the propensity models created for each play and assess for fit with the sub-regional accounts.
  • Drive for the regional execution of the GTM plans for all plays, as defined by the Global Practice Leads.
  • Engage with the measurement and analysis of the cross product portfolio performance to identify and capitalize on opportunities for driving business growth in the market.
