Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Business Development.
- 15 years of experience in the Media Company industry.
- 10 years of experience leading a team within an online or technology business.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree, JD, or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership, both externally and internally, with a strong executive presence and ability to rigorously structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Ability to be a thought leader, think strategically, develop a vision and strategy, and inspire others to follow.
- Ability to effectively balance short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals as a general manager.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
About the job
As the Senior Director, Key Partners Lead, you will own the performance of key TV, Film, and Studio partners across AVOD, TVOD, FAST, PPV, Primetime Channels and YouTube TV. You will develop account strategies with direct oversight of business agreements, and collaborate closely with regional leaders globally on execution and partner management for TV, Film, and Studio partners to collectively deliver upon global priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $310,000-$432,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Oversee business development, partner management, programming, and packaging for YouTube's AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, PPV, FAST and PayTV services.
- Facilitate content agreements with TV, Film, and Studio partners across these platforms.
- Build, manage, and develop a high performing, diverse team that drives the success of YouTube’s Global Film/TV/Studio partnerships, while fostering a culture that encourages creative thinking and risk taking.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a broad range of constituents, particularly in product, marketing, sales, and legal, as well as with key external partner executives.
- Serve as a thought leader and representative of YouTube with partners externally, and represent the perspective of the partner to the global team internally.
