Measurement Lead, Experimentation

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in media effectiveness measurement (incrementality, MMM, multi-touch attribution) and data science.
  • Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
  • Experience in navigating through ambiguity, managing multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Deep knowledge of third-party digital measurement solutions landscapes.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative fluency.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will help drive agency client partnerships and industry perspectives, activate first- and third-party measurement solutions, and help agency partners better evaluate and prove the value of Google products and solutions in achieving their end-customer business outcomes.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Activate media experimentation capabilities (Google first-party and third-party media experimentation solutions) and partnership with major agencies and/or holding companies.
  • Drive research partnerships and develop solutions to prove the value of Google media.
  • Enable sales teams and partners with best practices and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to agency partners.
  • Prioritize market needs and customer feedback and develop sector/geo strategies to tailor solutions to agency market needs.
  • Innovate with experimentation, MMM, incrementality-calibrated MMM, and multi-touch attribution to grow the agency ads business.
