Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience programming in Java or C++.
- 3 years of experience programming in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in Java or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience in architecting and developing distributed systems.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts (NLP).

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business problems.
- Build maintainable technical solutions to solve industry-hard problems for the security and compliance domain.
- Partner with other teams to drive technical directions in compliance, privacy, and security areas.
- Contribute to planning, including organizational and technical goals, values, and strategy.
