Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
- Experience translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with local clients and regional partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Certification in Analytics and digital advertising measurement.
- 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to work in fast-moving environments with effective time-management skills.

As a Measurement Implementation Expert, you will understand customer business objectives and solve relevant measurement problems that advance measurement maturity across Google’s product workspace. In this role, you will be responsible to help our customers navigate increasing measurement ambiguity through a command of trends around privacy, conversion analytics, and attribution best practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of client needs based on their Marketing Objectives (MOs), measurement objectives and provide optimal measurement strategy and define right KPIs based on their eligibility criteria.
- Design and execute measurement studies (Conversion Lift studies, MMM calibrations, etc.) for clients and optimize for success ensuring there is a StatSig read on uplift.
- Understand measurement platforms (e.g., Ads, GeoX or CL platforms) and advanced problem-solving skills to design measurement studies. Model results and triage to ROI analysis on the broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift, across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
- Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Media Effectiveness rPL (rPSA) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.
