- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, or working for a programmatic DSP.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales forecasting and the management of business projections across multiple product lines.
- Experience with Google and competitor programmatic solutions.
- Experience using data, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to influence partners.
- Experience in sales/operations management and strategic planning.
- Experience coaching and leading sales teams.

As the Programmatic Head of Media, you will lead and mentor a team of programmatic media specialists to drive programmatic business growth by utilizing Google's solutions to drive business objectives. You will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners including go-to-market teams and product teams to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the business.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$275,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of programmatic display and video sellers within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team.
- Develop relationships with cross-functional partners to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drives business growth for clients.
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline, analyze data trends and client performance to develop solid strategic plans, and lead preparation and delivery of strategic presentations and narratives.
- Partner with cross-functional and peer leaders to serve as an industry thought leader in order to empower sellers to have more strategic, forward looking conversations, and business growth.
- Develop and foster relationships and generate growth from a set of accounts.
