I changed the settings years ago to stop new episodes from starting automatically because I was falling asleep with Disney+ running. And it worked. A few nights ago the series continued to run whole night. I checked the setting multiple times, even turning it off and on again. This morning, I woke up in a panic; my phone was dead, and I didn't know the time or if I had overslept. The reason: Disney+ ran for four hours straight after the first episode without stopping again. Please fix this bug.

I'm reading a lot of people saying they can't Watch Disney+ or can't rewind, or other problems. First try watching something on your phone using your Mobile Devices Data Plan, just for a minute. If you have "4 Bars" as they say (aka a Good Connection) you should be able to watch no problem thus letting you know it's your Router or Internet Service Provider (ISP). I have NO Problems but also use Spectrum as my ISP. Disney+ is one of my Favorite Apps. If there is a Glitchy App, it's HULU.

When it works it's usually pretty smooth, but it's slow to load, slow to connect, and often just gets stuck on the loading screen. The downloads are unreliable and sometimes won't work unless you connect to the Internet first, which obviously defeats the purpose of downloads. Disney is such a massive corporation that they are fully capable of making a better app, which makes the poor user experience of the app worse. They could fix this, but they're choosing not to.
