BULLCRAP!!! when we pass a level WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP THE SPECIAL ITEMS WE HAD ALREADY...YOU TAKE our boosters when we go to the next level!! Plus you need to start giving more coins when we pass a level! Been playing this game for years! NOT pleased with the fact that you can't hardly win any coins! we should be able to win a few coins even though we don't clear the level on the FIRST try! Needs to be more incentive rather than expecting us to buy the perks!!

I've been playing Panda Pop/Jam City for many years, 4+. the last few months, I have experienced many issues with receiving event rewards. In the past, the Tech Support Team was awesome. However, lately, they just don't seem to care, quite disappointing. today alone, I have made 4 attempts to open and play the next level, but nothing is working. I've done all the steps they repeatedly tell me to do, such as Force Stop, clear cache, and restart, but still not working.

It was a wonderful game until I got to level 2901, now it won't work at all. It started working after doing several different things, how ever, it came with a downfall, I lost all my boosters, a dragon ball, I had 4 of the little money things in that room that I hadn't collected yet. Just disappointed, because I worked hard to get the things I still had to collect.
